1 . Essential oils :

2 . DPM solutions:

The essential oils used by reed diffuser are all oily and dissolve perfectly in DPM solutions. When the DPM solution is mixed with the essential oil, the aroma molecules in the essential oil are diffused into the air through the volatilization of the liquid.

Of course, the DPM solution we use is ECO-friendly.

（We will use different solvent formulations according to the different aroma elements contained in different types of essential oils. Such as adding, MMB, triethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, PEG60, antioxidants and so on. So the formula of DPM solvent is not fixed.）

3 . Concentration of essential oils:

Under the same temperature, humidity and wind speed, when the diameter and height of the fiber rods are the same, the higher the concentration of essential oils, the more aroma molecules that Fragrance oils volatilize into the air in the same time, the higher the concentration of aroma in the air, and the stronger the aroma.

The closer you are to Reed Diffuser, the higher the concentration of scent in the air and the stronger the scent .

4 . Fiber rods or Fiber sticks

Under the same temperature, humidity and wind speed, usually, we recommend using 15% essential oil concentration with 6-8 fiber sticks 3mm thick and 200mm long. this combination can last for 2 months.

The more the quantity of fiber sticks, the larger the contact area between the liquid and the air, the faster the essential oil evaporates, the shorter the use time, and the stronger the fragrance.

The basic fiber rod size is: diameter 3mm, height 200mm .

The diameter of the thickest fiber rod is 20m–30mm .

There is no limit to the length.

Fibre stick shapes: Fibre sticks with dried flowers on top, Fibre sticks with fake flowers on top, curved branches, Fibre sticks with wood balls on top, etc…

5 . The combination of fiber sticks and fragrance types.

If the type of fragrance you choose is light floral, fruity, and grassy, we recommend that guests increase the concentration of essential oils appropriately.

If the type of fragrance you choose is a strong woody fragrance, we recommend that guests keep the essential oil concentration of 15%, and the number of fiber sticks can be appropriately reduced to prolong the time for the fragrance to evaporate.

If the type of fragrance you choose is perfume fragrance, we recommend that guests keep the concentration of essential oils at 15%, and choose fragrances containing woody notes as much as possible to get a better experience.

6 . Ceramic Jar &  Sculpture Craft Ceramic Parts :

The thicker walled ceramic jar , we use porcelain fired at high temperature, not pottery .After covering the ceramic glaze, it can be 100% leak-proof ， porcelain has high density and high hardness, and the surface color glaze will not crack when placed in the air for a long time.

The purpose of using high-grade porcelain is to ensure safer and tighter sealing during transportation, and to avoid problems such as leakage and crack ,broken .

Porcelain sculpture parts , after rapid firing at high temperature, the surface has been porcelainized, but the interior still retains ventilation holes, which can absorb essential oils and increase the contact area with the air, so that the fragrance is more volatilized into the air.

7 . Security Level :

The essential oils and DPM mixtures in Reed Diffuser are oily, flammable and explosive. It belongs to the third category of dangerous goods.

So it cannot be transported by air, and can only be transported to the destination country by sea.

In the process of shipping ,Reed diffuser like candles, it needs to be stored in a container with a constant temperature of 5°C–20°C, away from fire and heat sources, and ensured below the waterline.

Do not expose to the sun when waiting for loading in the port.

8 . Certificate :

Each items of each order needs to pass the identification of  Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute (“Dangerous Goods Transport Conditions Identification”) or “Identification and Classification Report for Air Transport of Goods”

At the same time, the “Material Safety Data Sheet” (MSDS) test report of the solution is provided.

Only when both reports are provided can it be loaded onto the ship.

9 . Requirements for freight forwarders :

Dangerous goods transportation has strict requirements on freight forwarders, if the Chinese freight forwarder you are cooperating with has no experience in dangerous goods transportation. For the safety of the cargo and to avoid the risk of fire in the port, please do not hesitate to tell me directly and use our professional freight forwarders.
